Article Processing Charges
The JCEOR adopts the principle of open access publication. Under this principle, all the journals of JCEOR become immediately accessible online to readers across the world at no cost at all.
Under the process of editorial handling, peer review, production, online hosting, and archiving, there may be a need for Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.
Information on APCs
The applicable APC, payment process, and any available discounts/waivers (where applicable) will be provided to the authors after the editorial acceptance of their paper.
Please note:
- No charge for manuscript submission.
- Any required APCs will be requested only after acceptance of the paper.
- The APC payment does not affect editorial decisions or the result of the peer review process.
- The decision on the manuscript will be taken only on the basis of scientific merit.
For more details on publication costs, authors may please contact the editorial office.
Waivers and Discounts
As JCEOR strives to provide free access to high-quality scientific papers, we will consider requests for partial or complete waivers/discounts in accordance with our policies and possibilities. Such requests do not have any impact on the peer review process and decision making.
Transparency and Editorial Independence
It is important for JCEOR to provide total transparency at all stages of the publication process. This journal guarantees that all financial issues are separated from the editorial process.
Please note that:
- The submission of manuscripts is free of charge.
- There are no charges for the submission or peer review process.
- If an APC is needed, it will be requested only after the paper has been formally accepted.
- APC payment does not guarantee the publication of a paper.
- Acceptance/rejection of papers is based on the scientific value of a manuscript, novelty, methodology, ethical considerations, and relevance to the journal scope only.
- All editorial decisions are independent of financial considerations.
- No hidden fees are included.
- Authors will be informed about the confirmation of acceptance and provided with payment information from the editorial office.
