Aim & Scope
The Journal of Clinical Evidence and Outcomes Research (JCEOR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the generation, evaluation, synthesis, and translation of evidence that improves clinical practice, healthcare delivery, health policy, professional education, and patient and population outcomes.
JCEOR provides an interdisciplinary platform for clinicians, researchers, educators, healthcare professionals, social scientists, policymakers, and administrators working across medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, allied health sciences, public health, behavioural sciences, and health-related social sciences. The journal welcomes scientifically rigorous quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, clinical, epidemiological, behavioural, social, educational, and health-services research. Particular consideration is given to studies that connect scientific evidence with real-world clinical practice, healthcare systems, communities, and society.
Social-science submissions must address a clearly defined health or healthcare issue and demonstrate relevance to clinical care, public health, health policy, healthcare delivery, health-professions education, patient experience, or community outcomes. General social-science studies without a direct health or healthcare connection are outside the journal's scope.
